Frequently asked questions
Yes. You can upload a PDF and get a shareable link without signing up. You will receive an admin code to access analytics. Create an account to manage all your documents from a dashboard.
Your existing links will keep working, but you will not be able to upload new documents until you upgrade or delete existing ones. View limits will stop tracking new analytics but the document remains accessible.
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your documents will remain accessible, but you will lose access to Pro/Team features at the end of your billing period.
When enabled, viewers must enter their email address before they can see the PDF. You will see all captured emails in your analytics dashboard and can export them as CSV.
Not yet, but it is on the roadmap. Pro and Team plans will get API access when it launches.
Currently only PDF files are supported. We plan to add support for presentations and other document types in the future.
